Pay & Grading Ballot Result – SYPA
The outcome of our recent ballot on the new proposed pay & grading scheme for members employed by SYPA is detailed below.
58% of eligible members voted
84% of those voting were in favour of accepting the proposals and 16% were against.
Based on this decision we will now formally accept SYPA’s proposals for their new pay & grading scheme by way of a collective agreement.
We now recommend that members should sign and return their ‘variation to contract’ letters accepting the variation. Members who have, or intend to, appeal against their grading outcome should indicate acceptance subject to reserving their right of appeal.
