College News August 2011:
Very recently our long serving UNISON steward Maureen Lawson finally retired. Maureen represented the Branch on several national and regional Further Education Committees and represented College members for many years. Barnsley UNISON would like to thank Maureen for her dedicated and loyal service to UNISON and College members.
We are delighted to announce that Ann Britton will act as a workplace contact in the College until further notice.

UNISON will be running regular surgeries in the next College year to give members a chance to hear about UNISON branch activity and benefits to members. The branch office at 9 Regent St is only 100 yards from the College. Members and non-members are welcome to call in for anymore information.
